In a strategic move to bolster academic excellence, Malawi Adventist University (MAU), in collaboration with the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE), will conduct a comprehensive four-day faculty training session. This capacity-building workshop is specifically designed for full-time lecturers, with a significant cohort attending from the Lakeview College campus.
The primary objective of the seminar is to enhance faculty competencies in curriculum design and programme development. By strictly aligning with NCHE guidelines, the training aims to ensure that all academic offerings meet national accreditation standards and global best practices in higher education.
